RCI 1502 System

The RCI-1502 has proven its reliability in the Middle East Region with hundreds of systems installed and operating on various mobile cranes throughout the UAE, Qatar, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. RTI-100 Tilt Indicator
The RTI-100 Tilt Indicator is a “stand-alone” unit designed for monitoring and indication of various mobile cranes, earth-moving equipment, barge cranes, any other equipment that requires tilt monitoring and alarm indication.
The system is supplied with only two components (display & tilt sensor) which can be easily installed. Easy calibration which is done via the on-board DIP switches inside the display.
The display has four 10-segment red LED’s to indicate the crane tilt (X & Y axes). On zero tilt (or when crane is level), the centre green LED is “switched on”.
An intermittent audible alarm is activated when 50% of the tilt limit is reached and a continuous alarm is activated when 100% of the tilt limit is reached.
The system also has an output signal to external relay for driving an optional motion cut device.
RCI-4000IS Hazardous Area Systems (Intrinsically Safe)
The RCI-4000IS is suitable for all levels of hazardous area classification. It was designed to AS2380.7 (based on IEC 79-11) and AS2380.1 (based on IEC 79-0) standards.
